Service Description
A personalised in-salon experience curated by your stylist. Please only book this appointment if you’ve been advised to do so following your consultation. A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment and will be deducted from your service total.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled online up to 96 hours (4 days) before your appointment start time. If you reschedule with at least 96 hours' notice, your booking fee will transfer to your new appointment. If you cancel or reschedule within 96 hours, your existing booking fee will not transfer and a new booking fee will be required to secure another appointment. If you do not attend your appointment, or arrive too late for your booked service to go ahead, the full cost of the appointment will be payable.
