Service Description
Are you unsure if our services are right for you? Book a 15 minute face to face consultation so we can assess your hair! **A consultation is optional. There are no requirements to book a consultation before your first Curl Transformation.** We have lots of information about our services on our website and in our FAQ's, so if you're unsure of anything you can often find the answer you're looking for there. We also add lots of before and after pictures to our online gallery and on our social media (@absolute.curls), so there's a high likelihood that you'll see pictures of curls that resemble your own. We find most new clients are happy to book their first Curl Transformation with us after a read of our website however, if you're still feeling a little unsure if our services are right for you a 15 minute Curly Hair Consultation is the perfect option!
Cancellation Policy
Our online booking system will allow you to reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 4 days prior to your service start time. Your deposit will transfer to your new appointment. We are happy to reschedule or cancel an appointment within the 4 days prior to the service start time, so please do contact us if you need, we understand life happens! If you need to cancel within the 4 day period before your appointment start time your original deposit will be retained and a new deposit will be required in order to secure another appointment.
